An observational film that follows Richard Sandrak, an 11 year-old child who since the age of 6 has been described pound for pound as the "strongest human being in the world".

Following Richard's dreams of becoming Hollywood's next action hero, this film looks at how a child could possibly have developed a physique so muscular at such a young age and what sacrifices he was forced to make in order to do so.
