Emma Willis: Delivering Babies won Best Popular Factual Programme at the Digital Broadcast Awards yesterday evening.
The first series went out last year to critical acclaim and record ratings, becoming the W Channel’s best performing original to date. It follows TV presenter Emma Willis as she trains to become a Maternity Care Assistant at the Princess Alexandra Hospital in Harlow, Essex.
One of the judges at the awards, credited the show for it's unique access and described it as a “warm, emotional love letter to the NHS”.
