We are so proud that Michas Vanni, a freelancer who has worked with Firecracker regularly over the last five years, has been selected as part of the TV Collective's Breakthrough Leader's cohort for 2023.
Michas first worked with us in 2018, as a Researcher on How the Other Kids Live. Since then, he has worked his way through the ranks across some of our most popular and talked about shows - from Mums Make Porn as Shooting Researcher, to Stacey Dooley Sleeps Over as a Self Shooting Producer / Director, to most recently, as a Location Director for our upcoming series with Paramount+, The Strip, as DV Director.
Launched in 2021, the Breakthrough Leaders programme is run by TVC in partnership with Fremantle, Indigo Talent and Remy Blumenfeld’s Vitality Guru and celebrates the best of black, Asian and ethnic heritage talent working across all levels of TV and production.
The TV Collective will launch it's first Breakthrough Leaders Visionary festival later this year.
