Emma joined Firecracker Films in May 2017 and is responsible for the creation and development of new ideas coming out of the London office and executive producing a range of new formats and returning series.

Emma is one of the most successful creative originators in British factual TV and has held key creative roles in both development and production at Twofour, Mentorn and  Oxford Scientific Films where she developed and exec produced the ratings hit A Very British Hotel for Channel 4.

Some of her other key credits include Angry White & Proud, The Fried Chicken Shop: Life in a Day,Why Men Wear Frocks with Grayson Perry,  The F***ing Fulfords,   Stacey Dooley: Beaten By My Boyfriend, Free Speech and Hotel of Mum & Dad, Gregg’s: More Than Meats the Pie  and The Hotel Inspector.

Emma has been a mentor for Channel 4’s diversity training scheme seven times and has been a member of the BAFTA TV committee for the last four years.
