Florence is an experienced Assistant Producer who has worked on a number of unscripted projects from music documentaries for BMG, to podcasts for Penguin Random House and documentary series’ for BBC.
Having previously worked as a teacher at Pupil Referral Units, both in London and abroad, Florence started her career in production through the training scheme MAMA Youth Project in 2017. Before joining Firecracker at the start of 2022, she worked for a range of production companies including Fremantle, BBC Studios and TwoFour.
She has worked in development for the past three years and was part of the team that developed documentaries and formats such as Roman Kemp: Our Silent Emergency and BBC3’s upcoming I Kissed a Boy. Florence has also worked across podcasts such as Penguin’s This Is Spoke.
